AMD 5: Vielleicht Deutschers Lieblingsfernsehshow

I would really be amused if you haven't even heard of Star Trek (time to embrace your history if you haven't!), but what seems to be a novelty to me is, es gibt eine Fernsehshow unter dieses Thema!

Released exactly in the same month of the same year as Star Trek the television series (gegen 1966), Raumpatrouille (Space Patrol) was also all about Abendteuere (es bedeutet "adventures" auf Englisch) - oder  mann kann die ein Deutscher Star Trek namen, ich denke. Anyway, while with one seven-episode run, the show was rerun on several occasions, even reaching a 56% audience ratings at one point! (Compared to its "American counterpart" which was first cancelled by NBC after a third season with 79 episodes) Rumor has it, and has been denied, that the through-the-roof production costs brought the show to an end, but the show actually once received French funding.

So much for talking. Sieh! Viel Spass!
